Purchases made in physical stores and customized items (including custom K-gold colors and sizes) are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 9K jewelry comes with a three-month warranty, while 14K/18K jewelry comes with a one-year warranty (noticeable human-induced damage may require a quoted repair). All C.H. Jewelry purchases include a lifetime of free ultrasonic maintenance cleaning services. It is recommended to visit the store for cleaning every three to six months.
