(2) Treat the ring sizer as a ring. Try removing and putting it back on 2-3 times to ensure the fit matches your usual ring size.

(3) Check the engraving on the ring sizer, which will read "0-13." A "-" before the number indicates a half size, and the number itself represents the ring size.
